Resource and develop ministers across the Division through MD and MDLite

Support Unions with Resourcing and Development

Divisions play an enormous role in shaping the ministry environment - through vision, funding, guidance and support for Unions that support the development and oversee the progression of ministry leaders.

Divisions are able to facilitate theological training programs for P3 Interns (Individualised Pathway), contribute resources to the Auxano library, and incentivise ministry development for Unions using MDLite.

Ministry Development

Divsion Ministerial has a huge role to play in shaping the theological environment for the Divsion.

Develop, curate, add and highlight resources to the Auxano library for immediate use by Ministry Leaders around the Division.

Use the Documents Respository to share anything from working policies, Codes of Conduct, notes from your Bible Conference or your own Seminar presentations to teh Documents tab for ministry leaders at all levels across across the entire Division to access.

Ministry Progression

MD Portal: Support the Unions in the development of leaders completing Individualised Internship Pathways (P3).

MDLite App: Process progressions, adding relevant comments and Action numbers/ dates, knowing that all relevant parties are automatically updated!

Ministry management

Invite Division employees to join the MD Portal. This engables them to add their own profile and preference information for consideration by Union and Conference staffing committees, as well as have access to the Auxano library and Documents Repository.
