As part of our commitment to protecting your data, we’ve completed a formal review of how we process your information in the Ministry Development Portal (MD).
- We use your data to support your ministry journey.
- We’ve conducted a Balancing Test to ensure your rights are protected.
- You can manage your personal data at any time under your Profile tab (This information is available to Conference, and Union Administrators primarily for the purpose of reviewing suitability for staffing and appointments).

As part of your onboarding, please be aware that the Ministry Development Portal may use security logs, access records, and limited monitoring to ensure platform integrity and data protection.
- Monitoring is not for individual evaluation unless required by law.
- All data is encrypted and securely stored.
- You have the right to access and control your personal information.

If you wish to opt out of certain communications or data uses, follow these steps:
1. Go to your profile settings
2. Click ‘Edit Profile’
3. Update your personal and preference data
4. Save changes
Note: Employee accounts cannot be deleted entirely without written permission from your Conference/ employer.
