• MD is a brilliant tool that makes the internship, licensing and progression process more seamless and intuitive.

Cheers

• Usability has really grown and its now become second nature for interns and licensed ministers as they come through.
• Huge value beyond ministry maps, as a strategic planning tool for local church
• Auxano resource library and Conference documents library

Observations

• More engagement = more value
• A main dashboard view would be great for strategic themes, pastoral health and satisfaction, preaching topics, outreach etc.

• I believe it is an excellent tool to enhance our ministries.

• Perceived as “extra” work by some Pastors or a way to control or limit their ministry. (I don’t see it that way, in fact I think it is a great way to keep focused and also provide a level of accountability.)

• Brings consistency across our ministry territory
• History tab gives continuity when districts are handed off to a new pastor or leadership team
• Collaboration with local church ministry teams if done correctly, captures more of a congregation's journey and direction than the pastor’s personal activities and intentions

• Fantastic tool for MinSecs to ensure that progressions are happening and no one is being accidentally overlooked.

• Would love a customisable reminder section for reminding MinSecs of key milestones/ dates.

• some pastors struggle with leadership by nature, but it’s good for them to wrestle with it, as it generates helpful conversations around big picture
• has taken time to get the team familiar with the system
