Observations

  • Perceived as “extra” work by some Pastors or a way to control or limit their ministry. (I don’t see it that way, in fact I think it is a great way to keep focused and also provide a level of accountability.)

  • History tab gives continuity when districts are handed off to a new pastor or leadership team
  • Collaboration with local church ministry teams if done correctly, captures more of a congregation's journey and direction than the pastor’s personal activities and intentions

  • Fantastic tool for MinSecs to ensure that progressions are happening and no one is being accidentally overlooked.

Observations

  • Would love a customisable reminder section for reminding MinSecs of key milestones/ dates.
